Towels and bed linen are bought on three numbers and one impression. The numbers are weight, size and count. The impression is how the cloth feels in the hand on the first wash, and that comes from the yarn and the finish rather than from the price.

So the quotation names the weight in GSM, the finished size after wash, the pack count and the yarn. If a target price cannot carry the weight you asked for, we say which one has to move instead of quietly shipping a lighter towel.

Weight decides how a towel feels and how quickly it dries. Size decides what it is for. Both are cut to your figure, so treat these as the usual starting points.

Lighter weights dry faster and suit high turnover use. Heavier weights carry the hand feel expected in hotel and retail. Send the finished size you want and we cut to it.

Bed sizes differ by market, so these are starting points rather than a fixed range.

Questions about towels and linen

What weights do the towels come in?
From about 350 GSM for quick drying and high turnover use, up to 600 GSM for a heavier hotel and retail hand feel. Tell us the end use and we will recommend the weight rather than sell you the heaviest option.
What sizes are the bed sheets?
Flat sheets, fitted sheets and pillowcases in single, double, queen and king. Fitted sheet pocket depth is made to your mattress, so send the depth with the size.
Can we have our own label and packaging?
Yes. Woven labels, care labels, hang tags, polybags and cartons are all produced to your artwork, in the language and compliance format your destination market requires.
Is stock available now or is it made to order?
Both. Stock is landing under the Indonesian company now, so first orders can move quickly. Repeat production against your own specification runs on a normal mill lead time, which we state in the quotation.
How is the count verified before shipping?
Goods are graded and counted on our packing floor, then carton packed against a packing list you receive before the container is sealed. The count on the list is the count in the box, and a third party inspector can verify it at loading if you appoint one.
