Sourcing and verification
We quote against a named source with confirmed capacity, not against a market average that nobody has to honour.
How we source
Checked before the quotation goes out
- Named supplier per line, not a market average
- Capacity confirmed for the delivery window
- Production history checked for the specific item
- Site visits for West Java sources
- Group network verification for regional sources
A quotation built on an estimate is a guess with a number attached. Before we send a price we confirm that a specific supplier can hold the specification, has capacity in your window, and has produced this item before.
Being in Bandung means most of that confirmation happens in person. For sources outside West Java we use the group network, which has been testing suppliers across the Gulf and South Asia since 2007.
Buyer questions
Sourcing questions
Will you tell us who the supplier is?
At the appropriate stage, yes. Buyers running their own compliance or audit requirements are given the supplier detail they need to complete it.
What happens if the supplier cannot hold the specification?
We tell you at the quotation stage. A quotation we cannot honour costs you more than a slower reply.
Can you source outside Indonesia?
Through the group network, yes, across the Gulf and South Asia. Tell us the origin you need and we will say whether it fits.
Tell Us What You Are Looking for
The more specific the requirement, the faster the verified quotation comes back.
