Where We Use Automated Tools

Drafting and editing. Parts of the written material on this website and in our printed profile were drafted with the assistance of AI writing tools. Every claim was checked against source records by a person before publication, and the commercial substance was set by us, not generated.

Design and code. The layout, stylesheet and page code of this website were produced with AI assisted tooling and reviewed by a person.

Translation support. The Bahasa Indonesia version of this site was prepared with AI assistance and checked for trade terminology by a person who works with these documents.

Internal operations. Our documentation, tracking and reporting systems use automation for record keeping, matching and report generation.

Where We Do Not Use Them

Quotations. Prices, lead times and specifications come from a person who has confirmed the source and the lot. No quotation is generated automatically and sent without review.

Quality decisions. Whether a lot passes inspection is decided by inspection, not by a model.

Certification. Halal certification, quality analysis and export documents are issued by the competent bodies and by named staff. Nothing about that process is automated away.

Correspondence with buyers. When you write to us, a person reads it and a person answers. There is no chatbot in front of our inbox.

Accountability

Using a tool does not transfer responsibility. Everything published under our name is our responsibility regardless of what assisted in producing it, and every commitment made to a buyer is made by PT SAMCO International Trading.

If something on this site is wrong, the fault is ours to correct, not a tool's to explain.

Your Information and AI

We do not feed buyer correspondence, contract terms, pricing or commercial detail into public AI services. Enquiries and contracts are handled inside our own systems and normal business channels.

We do not use AI to score, profile or make automated decisions about buyers.

Why We Publish This

Buyers increasingly ask suppliers where automation sits in the chain, particularly where certification and documentation are involved. Answering it once, in public, is more useful than answering it differently each time it comes up.
