Source, inspect, ship

Three functions run as one workflow. Nothing is handed between parties, so nothing falls between them.

Advisory and technology

Consultation, AI and Automation

Two capabilities sit alongside the trading desk. Both were built because we needed them ourselves, and both are available to partners on their own terms.

01

Consultation Services

Advice on getting goods into or out of Indonesia: which licence covers the activity, what a destination market will demand on paper, how to structure terms so payment and delivery line up. Engaged on its own, without an order attached.

02

AI and Automation Solutions

Document generation and checking, consignment tracking, exception alerts when a lot or a date moves, and reporting built to the audit standard a buyer asks for. Running in our own operations first, then offered to partners.

03

Systems Integration

Records move between systems instead of being rekeyed between them. The integration work is scoped in full on the technology page.

Systems

Complete Supply Chain Management System, Built In

Three systems run inside the business rather than alongside it. Every order leaves a record in all three, which is what allows us to answer a question about a shipment without calling three other companies first.

01

Inventory Management System

Stock position held by lot, from purchase order through to loading. A quotation is checked against what physically exists rather than against a supplier's word, which is why our lead times hold.

02

Quality Management System

Inspection records, specification tolerances and certification held against the consignment, not the company. The report is issued to the buyer as standard rather than on request.

03

Container and Transport Management System

Booking, stowage, routing and document status tracked to the container. The paperwork is reconciled against the packing list before the box is gated in, which is where most demurrage is avoided.

Order cycle

Four stages, every order

01

Enquiry

Product, volume and destination. We quote against a verified source rather than an estimate, and the reply carries the lead time and the document set that will come with the shipment.

02

Verification

Supplier and lot are checked. Pre shipment samples are approved by the buyer before production proceeds, and anything that fails is reported rather than absorbed.

03

Packing

Buyer specified weights, labelling and formats. Bulk or retail configuration, private label on request, packed to a list you receive before loading.

04

Shipment

FOB or CIF, dispatched with certificate of origin, bill of lading, packing list and commercial invoice complete, plus any destination specific certificates.

Why this matters. Most trade problems are not quality problems. They are handover problems, where the sourcing agent, the inspector and the forwarder each did their part and nobody owned the gap between them. Holding all three removes the gap rather than managing it.

Start at Stage One

Send the product, the volume and the destination. Everything else follows from that.
