Every claim on this site about inspection records and complete documents rests on a system that holds them. We wrote that system because the products on sale assumed the buyer was either a freight forwarder or a manufacturer, and we are neither.

What began as internal tooling is now a practice in its own right, registered under its own business classifications. It sells on the same basis as everything else here: scoped against the point where a process currently breaks, quoted with a delivery date, and supported after it ships.

Indonesian institutions and training providers face the same problem we face in trade: the record has to hold up when somebody official asks for it. That is the part most learning platforms treat as an afterthought.

Learning Delivery Platforms

Course structure, enrolment, assessment and completion tracking, built to the reporting a ministry or an accrediting body actually asks for rather than to a generic dashboard.

Credentialing and Records

Certificates issued against a verified completion record, with the audit trail intact and the issuing authority named. The same lot level thinking we apply to a consignment, applied to a learner.

Training Operations

Cohort scheduling, trainer allocation, attendance and assessment capture for providers running classroom, blended or fully online delivery.

Documentation Systems

Generation, version control and archiving of export document sets, with the audit trail preserved and the reconciliation against the packing list automated.

Tracking and Visibility

Consignment status from purchase order through to delivery, visible to the buyer as well as to the operator, with exception alerts when a lot or a date moves.

Integration Work

Connecting new systems to what a client already runs so records move between them rather than being rekeyed. Scoped against the handover that currently fails.

Automation and AI

Document checking, data extraction from supplier paperwork, and exception detection. Applied where it removes repeated manual work, not where it replaces a judgement that should stay human.

On licensing. Work is quoted only under an activity PT SAMCO is registered for. Where a requirement falls outside that, we say so and, where a group entity is licensed for it, we point you there. Our registration documents are available to any client who asks.

Questions About the Technology Practice

Do we have to be a trading client to engage you?

No. The technology and EdTech work is sold on its own. Most enquiries that reach it have nothing to do with a consignment.

Can the platform be hosted in Indonesia?

Yes. Where a client or a regulator requires in country hosting, that is how it is delivered. Tell us at scoping stage because it affects the architecture, not just the invoice.

Do you build from scratch or configure something existing?

Whichever is honest for the problem. Configuring a product you already own is cheaper than a rebuild, and we will say so rather than quote a build you do not need.

Who owns the code?

Set in the contract before work starts. For bespoke builds the client normally takes ownership of what was written for them, with our underlying components licensed rather than transferred.

How is EdTech different from any other platform work?

The reporting. A learning system that cannot produce a defensible completion record for an accrediting body has failed at the only thing that mattered, and that is designed in from the start rather than bolted on.
