Corporate Standing

PT SAMCO International Trading is a licensed foreign investment company registered in Indonesia and operating from Bandung, West Java. It contracts in its own name.

The Indonesian entity was incorporated recently. The SAMCO trading name and the network behind it are older, dating to 2007, but the two facts are separate and we do not present the group's operating history as the Indonesian company's own trading record.

Certifications

Held by PT SAMCO International Trading: halal certification and inspection applied at lot level, and the licences covering its registered business activities.

Held by member entities of the MBMC consortium and available to our supply chain: ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 22000 food safety management, HACCP hazard analysis, and an in house grain quality laboratory.

These are not the same thing, and we do not describe consortium certificates as our own. Ask us which certificate sits with which entity and we will name the holder, the issuing body and the expiry date.

Group Relationships

SAMCO International (Pakistan, established 2018) is a member entity of the MBMC consortium and is a separate legal person from PT SAMCO International Trading. Track record, contracts, clients and certifications belonging to the Pakistan entity or to any other group company belong to that company alone.

The heritage timeline published on this site records the lineage of a trading name across several companies. It is not a statement that PT SAMCO International Trading performed that work.

How to Read Figures on This Site

Where this site states a number of licensed business activities, trading categories or years in trade, it refers to what is described in the accompanying text and nothing wider.

Market coverage describes where the group network trades and where we quote. It is a statement of reach and capability rather than a claim about completed shipment volumes by the Indonesian entity.

Commercial Independence

This website carries no advertising, no sponsored placement and no affiliate arrangement. Nothing recommended here is recommended because a third party paid for it.

Where an enquiry falls outside what we can supply properly, we say so and, where a group entity is better placed, we say that too.
