Standards that travel with the goods

A certificate that cannot be produced at the port is worth nothing. Ours are current, named on the quotation, and packed with the shipment.

Held by PT SAMCO

Applied to every order we handle

01

Halal Certified Supply Chains

Certification and inspection applied at lot level rather than at company level, so each consignment carries its own evidence.

02

Seven Licensed Activities

Registered business activities covering the categories we quote, so nothing we sell sits outside our licence.

03

Full FOB and CIF Documents

The complete export set travels with every consignment, listed in full on logistics and documentation.

Held across the consortium

Standards available to our supply chain

  • ISO 9001, quality management
  • ISO 22000, food safety management
  • HACCP, hazard analysis and critical control points
  • In house grain quality laboratory

PT SAMCO operates alongside the MBMC consortium. The certifications and facilities listed here are held by member entities of that consortium and are available to the PT SAMCO supply chain. They are not certificates issued to PT SAMCO International Trading itself, and we do not present them as such.

The distinction matters to a buyer running due diligence. Ask us which certificate sits with which entity and we will name it, along with the issuing body and the expiry.

Common questions

Compliance questions buyers ask

Can you supply halal certification for a specific lot?
Yes. Certification and inspection are applied at lot level, so the certificate travels with that consignment rather than referring to the company in general.
Which entity holds the ISO and HACCP certificates?
They are held by member entities of the MBMC consortium, not by PT SAMCO International Trading. We will name the holding entity and the issuing body on request.
What documents come with an export shipment?
Certificate of origin, bill of lading, packing list and commercial invoice as standard. Phytosanitary certificates, fumigation certificates and inspection reports are added where the destination requires them.

Ask for the Paperwork First

Name the certificates your destination asks for at enquiry stage. We will confirm which we can produce, and which sit with a consortium entity, before you commit to anything.
