How we control quality
Consistent size, colour, stitching and fabric performance matter for homes, hotels and institutions. We agree the requirements and inspection criteria with you before production.
Specification control
For every order we confirm fabric composition, construction, dimensions, tolerances, colour, stitching and packing.
Inspection and finishing
Visual and instrumental checks across fabric, finished product and packing, from raw cotton to the final carton, following the quality plan agreed with you.
Care and performance
Washing instructions, shrinkage, colourfastness, seam strength and other tests are specified wherever your use requires them.

Halal certificate
Our production partner, SAMCO International Trading Company in Pakistan, holds this certificate for the stitching, labelling and packaging of towels. It is a separate company from PT SAMCO International Trading.

Questions buyers ask
Can we appoint our own inspector?
Yes. Tell us at the quotation stage so the schedule leaves room for the inspection.
Which tests can you arrange?
Washing, shrinkage, colourfastness, seam strength and other tests can be specified for the intended use. Tell us which standards your market asks for.
Can you send certificate copies before we order?
Yes. Name the documents you need in your enquiry and we will confirm which we can provide.
