Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry details. If you send us an enquiry by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive your name, contact details and what you tell us. We use them to reply and to prepare a quotation.
- Enquiry form. The form on our contact page builds a message in your browser. It does not send data to our website or store it. Data leaves your device only when you press the WhatsApp or email button.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Cookies and similar storage. See our cookie policy.
How we use it
To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange orders and deliveries, keep business records and keep this website secure. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with people who help us serve you: for example our production partners, freight forwarders, and service providers such as hosting, email and WhatsApp. We share what they need and no more. Some of them operate outside Indonesia.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purpose above, and as long as the law requires business and tax records to be kept.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR. Email us at info@samcoglobal.org.
